Policies & Warranties from Windshield Pro

At Windshield Pro, we pride ourselves on our upfront communication and high-quality service. If you have a specific question about your service appointment, contact us today. 

Appointments

Windshield Pro services are by appointment only, regardless of where the work is performed (at one of our shops or your location). Windshield Pro works hard to ensure we arrive on time and keep all customers updated on your installer’s arrival. 

All scheduled appointments are approximations. Our default time frames are: 

  • Morning (8 am - 12 pm)
  • Afternoon (12 pm - 5 pm) 

Please allow sufficient time for your installer to arrive. The installer may arrive at any time during the scheduled time slot. Although we strive to stay on schedule, factors beyond our control can cause delays.

General Lifetime Warranty Information

For all warranty-related issues, please notify Windshield Pro at (248) 459-4040. We can provide you with an expedited repair or replacement of the defective part(s) or workmanship without charge. We have lifetime a warranty against leaks. 

Please note that we will perform all warranty work at one of our locations; mobile service is not available for warranty work. If we cannot satisfy your warranty, we will refund the original purchase price of your warranted product(s) and/or service(s).

Part & Installation Limited Warranty

Parts and materials are warranted against defects and/or workmanship for as long as you own or lease the vehicle. However, you must notify Windshield Pro of defects within 14 days of discovery. Truck sliding back glass is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 18 months from the date of installation, as shown on the receipt.

Limitations & Exclusions

This warranty will not cover noise, leaks, stress cracks, or similar damage for installations to any vehicles with rust or damage on the pinch-weld. 

Windshield Pro attempts to advise customers of the existence of damage or rust prior to the removal of existing glass; however, normally this is not possible. In such cases, Windshield Pro is not responsible for damage or premature degradation of such work. Any damage not involving defective workmanship or materials is expressly excluded from coverage under this warranty. WINDSHIELD PRO, THE MANUFACTURER OR VENDOR, WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 

The exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages isn’t allowed in some states. Therefore, the preceding limitation or exclusion will not apply in such cases. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
